THANK YOU to the teens who participated in Project Sticker Shock on April 1st, 2010. Fifteen teams travelled to retail stores througout Des Plaines, Park Ridge and Niles, and placed stickers on beer and liquor warning purchasers that providing alcohol to minors is illegal, unhealthy & unacceptable.
Special thanks to the teams from: Maine South Football, Maine South Hawkettes, Des Plaines Police Explorers, St. Mary's Church in Des Plaines, Emerson Middle School, and Park Ridge Boy Scouts for stepping up and helping with this event. Way to go!
