MCYAF connects local schools, government, social service agencies, health providers, faith institutions, businesses, and civic leaders that share a common goal to make our community a healthy and safe place in which to live. MCYAF is spearheaded by a select group of community leaders in order to improve the Maine Township community as a whole. See our list of partners below.
What are the benefits of being a MCYAF partner?
MCYAF is a member of CADCA, Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America. CADCA provides support to MCYAF toward finding local solutions to substance abuse problems. By becoming a partner with MCYAF, you will have the opportunity to:
- expand beneficial community networks
- influence decision-making that will affect our community now and in the future
- contribute toward finding solutions to substance abuse issues in Maine Township
- support public policy initiatives at both the local and national level
- create collaborative partnerships for continued research, training, and education in the field of substance abuse and its treatment
- be part of a large non-profit organization working to build a safe, healthy, alcohol-free and drug-free community for our youth.
Who can become a MCYAF partner?
Anyone can become a partner who has an interest in supporting local efforts with MCYAF to make their community safe, healthy, and drug-free for youth. Partners include parents, teachers, young people, law enforcement officials, health and social service agency providers, the faith community, business and civic leaders, elected officials, and concerned citizens.
