Curfew, Driving & Code of Conduct Information

Park Ridge Curfew

Persons under the age of 18 may not be on the street without a parent or guardian between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, or between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Des Plaines Curfew

It is unlawful for a person less than 17 years of age to be present at or upon any public assembly, building, place, street or highway at the following times unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible companion at least 18 years of age approved by a parent or legal guardian, unless attending or traveling to or from a religious, civic, educational or political event or gathering, or unless engaged in a business or occupation which the laws of this State authorize a person less than seventeen (17) years of age to perform.

Niles Curfew

Persons 17 and under are not permitted on the street without a parent or guardian after 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday or after 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Morton Grove Curfew

The following curfew hours apply to minors under the age of 17 --
11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday until 6:00 a.m. on the following day
11:59 p.m. Friday and Saturday until 6:00 a.m. on the following day

Driving Restrictions
Permit Phase & Initial Licensing Phase:Drivers Age 15-17

A night time driving restriction is in place...
Sunday -Thursday 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
Friday - Saturday 11 p.m. - 6 a.m.
Note: Local curfews may differ from the night time driving restriction.

Learn about the 24/7 Rule in effect at all three Maine Township High Schools and make sure your District 207 student also knows. This rule can impact your child’s participation in any/all extra-curricular activities, such as sports, band or orchestra, theater, etc. as a student in District 207.
